What is Truck Mixer?
- Back to previous pageDate of send: 2010,09,23
Concrete truck mixers are made to mix and transport concrete from place which Batching Plant located there to the construction place.
They are charged with dry materials and water, with the mixing occurring during transport. Although, more modern Batching Plants load the truck with 'Ready Mixed' concrete. With this process, the material has already been mixed, and then is loaded into the truck.
Concrete truck mixers generally do not travel far from their plant, because many contractors require that the concrete be in place within minimum time after loading. If the concrete hardens in the truck for some reasons, it will not be usable.
Concrete truck mixers are widely applied in the construction site to provide concrete for road-making, bridge-building, channel-making, etc.
