Qubit Impact Crusher

Qubit Impact Crusher is made from a rotor with 2-6 rows of hammer blade which rotate very fast, these blades direct all the materials and stones into the crusher. By throwing of stones and rotation of the rotor and hammers, the act of crushing is done. In the inner crust of the crusher there are some ribbed shield made from anti-wear alloy which act as a barrier and the materials get crushed by striking to them, speed of these blades is 15-50 m/s. In this kind of crushers, grading of output product is done by regulation system of the crusher. These crushers are manufactured in two types of hydraulic (with jack) and simple in two models of unilateral and bilateral with different capacities of 80,100, 120, 180, 240 and 300ton/h.
